Injection Molding

130+ injection molding machines produce pipe fittings across PPR, PE, PVC and PE-RT materials. With 2,000+ tooling sets in-house, we can produce the full range of standard and custom fittings — elbows, tees, reducers, valves, end caps — with fast turnaround.

Quality Control
质量管控
Every batch of raw material is tested on receipt. During production, pipes undergo real-time dimensional monitoring and pressure testing. Finished goods are inspected before warehousing, and each shipment can be accompanied by quality documentation upon request.
每批原料进厂均经检验。生产过程中,管材实时接受尺寸监测和压力测试。成品入库前再次质检,货物发运可按要求随附质量文件。
